We provide life and confidence coaching services aimed at personal development. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

2. Payment & Cancellations

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

3. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching results depend on each client’s commitment and application.

4. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by Unapologetically You and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
